Sonosalpingography Test in Kharghar

The Revolutionary Diagnostic Tool for Evaluating Fallopian Tubes

Sonosalpingography at Pixel Diagnostics

As radiologists running Pixel Diagnostics and Imaging Centre in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, we are proud to offer Sonosalpingography (SSG) as a medical imaging technique for evaluation of uterus and fallopian tubes in women having infertility issues. SSG is a safe, radiation-free, and cost-effective alternative to traditional HSG.

Who Needs Sonosalpingography?

SSG is primarily recommended for women undergoing infertility evaluation, particularly to assess whether the fallopian tubes are open or blocked. It is also useful for women with a history of pelvic inflammatory disease, previous ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis, or prior tubal surgery.

The Procedure

The procedure is performed by our experienced radiologists using high-resolution ultrasound equipment. A thin catheter is placed in the uterine cavity, and a mixture of saline and air is gently introduced. The flow of fluid through the fallopian tubes is monitored in real-time on the ultrasound screen.

Why Choose Us for SSG?

Our radiologists Dr. Sandeep Patel and Dr. Sohel Dadan have extensive experience in performing SSG. We use gentle techniques to minimize discomfort, and our patients consistently report a positive experience. Results are discussed immediately after the procedure.
